How we structure a placement
No two spaces or budgets call for the same arrangement. Most engagements take one of three shapes — and they can be combined as a relationship develops.
Outright purchase
We source and negotiate a piece for permanent ownership — a heritage asset for a flagship, headquarters, or private collection, handled from valuation through installation.
Flexible terms
A lower-commitment path with a fixed term and the option to convert to a sale later. Work rotates on a schedule, giving a space new material for press and social on a cadence.
Space & event value
A gallery-grade installation changes what a room can charge for — private buyouts, activations, and after-hours rentals all price higher once the space reads as a destination.
The way we work
A placement is a negotiation, a logistics project, and a curatorial decision at once. We run all three in parallel so a piece can move from proposal to installed in weeks, not seasons.

Jakoval Enterprises is a boutique art advisory working at the intersection of brand strategy and fine art. We don't run a gallery or represent a fixed roster — we act as an independent broker, matching briefs to the right artist and structuring terms that make sense for both sides.
That independence is the point: our recommendations are shaped by what a space and a brand actually need, not by what we happen to have on hand.
Engagements span a wide range — from emerging painters acquired in the low five figures to significant six-figure placements for established names. Most fall somewhere in between, priced to the piece and the space rather than a fixed tier.
